Change Maker Women’s Program Cohort 1 Showcase and Demo Day

The program created opportunities for participants to apply their learning beyond the classroom, culminating in a community showcase celebration where women displayed handmade accessories and products they created through the program’s hands-on resin workshops.

The program fostered a supportive, inclusive, and accessible environment where participants learnt, connected with others, practiced new skills, and explored small steps towards future opportunities. Designed as a community-based learning and skill-building initiative, the program helps women build confidence, practical skills, income readiness, and stronger community ties.

Successful Campaign Mothers Day

 Successful Mothers Day Campaign .

Our team delivered 74 gift bags to honour the mothers day. We are Grateful to our partners and donors who made this possible.

Special thanks to Fun Photo Shoot Fundraiser for raising donations for our campaign And Many thanks to  Wayfair for the skin care packages.

A fab event with favourite characters and costume party was organized to raise donations for WTG’s mother day Campaign. Thanks to @valyrianwitch @guardiansofhopetoronto for organizing this fun, fundraiser and awareness photo shoot event for Women That Give.

We extend our thanks to the Vintage Light Studios for providing us the space for awesome Cosplayers favourite characters and to dress like them.

Happy Mothers Day!

Happy Mothers Day !

Our team donated gift bags for moms in honour of Mothers Day.

Many thanks to our partners and donors for these generous donations.  Special mention to Wayfair for the skin care items and Fun Photoshoot Fundraiser for the beautiful gifts. We are so grateful that 74 marginalized women  celebrated this day with their children.  Distribution were made to three agencies and our clients. Some clients who agreed to share the images are smiling in the pictures with their children.

IWD2025

WTG was proud to support the Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis again this year as a partner to celebrate IWD March 8.  WTG provided delicious food and our talented volunteer made beautiful henna art for the attendees.
WTG continues to support marginalized women and organizations that are working towards ending violence against women.

Happy International Women’s Day Event

WTG partnered with  Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis to celebrate the International Women’s Day event on March 8, 2024 along with many other partner organizations. The event had fabulous speakers.

Women That Give provided delicious food, prepared by our food partner Streetside Munchies . WTG’s talented volunteer made beautiful henna art for the attendees. Women That Give is proud to support the GWWIC again this year. Very happy to be a sponsor/partner and support the event. Happy Women’s Day to all women here and around the world.
