Women’s Capacity Building Program

Women’s Capacity Building Program  provides essential skills, mentorship, training, workshops, and seminars to women in need, including women residing in shelters.

The workshops and seminars offer valuable skill based training and learning sessions to empower women examples include entrepreneurial skills, career building training  provided along with necessary educational resources and materials. The aim of this program is to advance and support equality for women.

We are inviting Partners, and donors to become the program sponsors. You can provide yearly donations to support the programs contribute monthly – your contribution will be used for workshops and purchasing materials.  $5,000 – provides for 4 weeks sessions including the material cost .

Employment Program

HOPE – employment readiness program focused on helping women develop job-search skills, build confidence and transition to economic independence.

Entrepreneurship Program

Change Maker Women Program – focused on building financial independence, confidence and entrepreneurial skills.

Agents of Change Program – pilot designed for women navigating trauma, isolation and financial instability.

Physical Fitness and Healthy Living

Water Wise Women – A Swimming Program for senior women to promote healthy Aging by improving mobility, participation in sports, foster social connection and life long physical activity.

Research Project

Rays Of Light – The ongoing research project seeks and identify gaps in existing support services and  understand the experiences, challenges, and needs of women affected directly or indirectly by gender-based violence, particularly those from marginalized communities.

 

Educational Assistance – Donate laptops or school supplies.
