Event Ambassadors

WTG is recruiting Event Ambassadors to participate in the upcoming events.  

Responsibilities:

Act as a WTG brand ambassador. 

Promote the goals and objectives of the organization.

Be available for 4-5 hrs per event. 

Process donations.  

Information taking, assisting guests to fill out forms.

Assist with setup and display of merchandise.

Arrive at events on time and participate in activities. 

Perform other tasks as required.

Ideal candidates will have: 

Good organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Ability to follow instructions.

Attention to detail.

Good time management and self-conduct.

Previous volunteer experience is desirable

Ability to use a computer device(laptop/tablet).

Experience in the not-for-profit sector preferred.

Working conditions:

Indoor/ outdoor events.

Able to lift 20lbs. Set up merchandise. 

Training will be provided.

4-5 Hours commitment required.
