Covid Relief Support Program ( CRS Program)
The program was started under Covid 19. WTG team worked hard during these challenging times to continue to provide support to the members of our community who were facing challenges navigating the pandemic. The COVID-19 crisis presented challenges for so many, especially the marginalized and vulnerable members in our communities.
Women That Give collected donations monetary or in-kind, to support the CRS program and, raised donations to purchase gift cards to a grocery store, pharmacy, or other shops where necessities could be found. Our communities are still feeling the effects post pandemic.
We called for in-kind donations of the following items:
Masks, Face Shields
Sanitizers
Hand soaps
Feminine hygiene products
Nutritional foods
