Senior’s Program
WTG provides tons of activities and a variety of sessions through this program.
The sessions involve physical fitness, promotes healthy choices, theses sessions are fun and, provide opportunities for social connections, exchanging personal experiences etc. The activities and sessions are facilitated by experts in the field. The activities provide an environment for reduced isolation, support mental health, and engage participants to be socially connected.
