Senior’s Program

WTG provides tons of activities with a variety of sessions through this program.

The sessions involve physical fitness, promote healthy choices are fun and, provide opportunities for social connections, exchanging experiences etc. The activities and sessions are facilitated by experts in the field. The activities provide an environment for reduced isolation, support mental health,  and engage participants to be socially connected.
