AOC – Agents of Change Program
An entrepreneurship program designed for marginalized women and women survivors of gbv navigating trauma, isolation and financial instability.
The program empowered 68 women through structured business training sessions and hands-on manufacturing workshops. Participants developed practical entrepreneurship skills from business registration, branding, and bookkeeping to product creation and packaging.
The program increased women’s confidence, financial literacy, and community engagement. Several participants expressed interest in launching micro-businesses or joining future advanced sessions. The participants left the program with not only the business knowledge but also confidence, independence, and a renewed sense of self-worth.
